Coke Gearing Consulting is a commercial property specialist focusing on development, investment, commercial agency, management and professional services in the M11 corridor centred on Stansted Airport.

In addition to the M11, the region is served by the A120, now offering a dual-carriageway access from Stansted to Braintree and onwards to the east coast ports of Harwich, Ipswich and Felixstowe.

Following a merger between Coke Consulting Ltd and Gearing & Company, a private practice consultancy with over 20 years' experience in Bishop’s Stortford, we have a range of services on offer  including property management, rent review and valuation and all forms of appraisal for development and investment purposes.

Richard Coke FRICS

Richard is a  Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years of experience in the commercial property market. Trained initially in the City and West End of London, he has specialised in the M11 and immediate hinterland for the past 18 years and has been responsible for a number of high profile development projects in and around Bishop's Stortford, Stansted Airport and the wider East Anglian region.

Richard specialises in property development, investment and strategic advice, together with commercial agency, investment disposal strategy and implementation. Richard has dealt with a full range of property, from the typical corner shop through to major town centre retail and mixed-use development schemes, offices, industrial, warehousing and specialist property types including leisure and healthcare.


Richard Burnett Bsc (Hons) MRICS

Richard Burnett, a commercial Chartered Surveyor,  graduated from a sandwich degree course at Nottingham Trent University in 2006, which included a placement with Lambert Smith Hampton, Chartered Surveyors.  Following his graduation, he returned to Lambert Smith Hampton and qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2008. Following a brief spell with Coke Gearing during the summer of 2009, Richard spent ten months travelling throughout Asia and South America, returning to take up a permanent postion with the firm at the end of July 2010.


Adam Tindall BSc (Hons) MRICS

Adam, a commercial Surveyor specialising in Industrial, Retail and Office agency, ,joined Coke Gearing in 2008. He graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2006 with a degree in Planning and Property Development. Having previously worked for Vail Williams, Thames Valley based Chartered Surveyors, he also has experience with Management and Valuation of commercial premises.


 

Kim Davison - Office Manager/ Administrator

Kim has been with Coke Gearing for over five years and apart from her undoubted skills in client management is responsible for marketing and business development.

 

Sarah Coke BSc  (Hons) - Company Secretary

Sarah is responsible for our accounting and purchasing procedures, dealing with suppliers and clients to sort out queries on both the purchase and sales ledgers.
