Richard Coke FRICS

Richard is a practising Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years of experience in the commercial property market. Trained initially in the City and West End of London, he has specialised in the M11 and immediate hinterland for the past 18 years and has been responsible for a number of high profile development projects in and around Bishop’s Stortford, Stansted Airport and the wider East Anglian region.

Richard specialises in property development, investment and strategic advice, together with commercial agency, investment disposal strategy and implementation. Richard has dealt with a full range of property, from the typical corner shop through to major town centre retail and mixed-use development schemes, offices, industrial, warehousing and specialist property types including leisure and healthcare.

John Gearing FRICS

John Gearing has a wealth of local property experience, having lived and worked in Bishop’s Stortford for over 40 years. His career has spanned both the residential and commercial sectors of the market.

A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, John has been Chairman of the local Chamber of Commerce for the past seven years and is still a member of the Managing Committee.

John offers a full range of property management, professional, valuation and dispute resolution services as well as being active in the local occupational, agency and investment markets.
