Stansted Distribution Centre

Richard Coke has been involved in the development of this site since it was acquired by Mantle Estates Limited in the mid 1990s. Since acquisition of this green field complex the site has been developed over seven phases to provide a range of showroom, light industrial, warehousing and car rental premises, now successfully let to a range of occupiers including Volkswagon Audi, National Express, Essex County Council, Bunzl and Kenning, Europe Car and Guy Salmon/Alamo Car Rentals.
