Case Study – Development

In May 2017 we arranged the purchase of a 9 acre site at Seybourne Park, Braintree, on behalf of developer clients, Marshgate Developments Ltd, and subsequently arranged a pre-let of 75,000 sq ft to Weston Homes for the construction of a distribution facility and associated offices.

We also arranged the sale of a further 4 acres to Nexus Tamdown for the construction of circa 30,000 sq ft of HQ offices and workshops.

Following these transactions we subsequently sold the Weston Homes investment to Knight Frank Investment Managers.

The photograph, taken in early 2018, shows the new warehouse progressing well, with completion anticipated for May 2018.
