In an Estates Gazette survey of commercial deals completed during 2011, Coke Gearing were found to be the third most active agents in Hertfordshire.
We are particularly pleased with this result, as the first and second placed agents were national firms with large regional offices in the area.
We look forward to continuing activity in 2012.

Acting on behalf of two LPA receivers, Coke Gearing have negotiated the sale of the partly completed Marriott Court office buildings in London Road, Bishop's Stortford on the site of the former Atkins & Cripps timber yard.
Due to legal complexities, this sale has taken nine months to agree and involved three separate ownerships being brought back into one.
The purchasers, Tanners Wharf Ltd, have now retained Coke Gearing to act on their behalf in relation to letting the office accommodation which totals approximately 50,000 sq ft of Grade A offices.
Construction is due to commence in March 2012 with completion of the first of two buildings due in the autumn of 2012.
In September we reported on the acquisition of a development site at Nacton Road in Ipswich by AquiGen Real Estate Solutions LLP.
We can now confirm that consent has been granted for the construction of new Waitrose and John Lewis at Home stores on the site, with construction due to commence towards the end of the first quarter of 2012, and we look forward to being able to report on more developments on this site as they occur.
Acting for Fistral Impex on the Stansted 600 Industrial Estate, Coke Gearing recently managed to secure them a new five-year Lease on terms equivalent to a £95,000.00 saving over the five-year term.
