New blood, new business at Coke Gearing
The recently formed Coke Gearing partnership between local entrepreneurs Richard Coke and John Gearing, commercial property specialists in the M11/A120 Corridors, has already attracted so much new business that the firm has recruited a new surveyor, Adam Tindall. He will help manage the firm's fast expanding commercial agency work.
Adam, who graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Planning and Property Development, brings both agency and professional experience to his new role, having previously worked for Vail Williams, Thames Valley based Chartered Surveyors, where he managed a large residential property portfolio for Surrey County Council. He also undertook commercial property valuations in all sectors - office, retail, residential and industrial.
