Merger Creates New Opportunities and Services for Property-Based Clients in the M11 Corridor

Richard Coke and John Gearing merge to form Coke GearingCompanies with commercial property interests in the M11 and A120 Corridors will have a new pool of resources to draw on following the acquisition of the practice of Gearing & Company by Coke Consulting. The two well-reputed local firms are joining forces to improve their geographical coverage and the range of services offered to existing and new clients throughout the region.

Richard Coke has been involved in many notable developments and investment projects having specialised in the region since 1989, Coke Consulting has handled a number of key sites since it was established in 2004, including Jackson Square, Bishop’s Stortford, Stansted 600 at the Airport and new HQ offices for Stanley Tee at Marriott Court in London Road Bishop's Stortford.

Slightly further afield the practice is currently involved in a mixed-use development in Dunmow of 50 acres and has recently acted in the purchase of a 44 acre site in Ipswich for mixed use development.

John Gearing has had a practice in Bishop’s Stortford for the last 25 years and specialises in commercial agency and professional sectors within Bishop’s Stortford, Harlow and the immediate environs, offering a full range of local knowledge in all disciplines including valuation, lease renewal/reviews, rating, compensation and property management.
