Acting on behalf of a regional developer Coke Gearing have advised on design and planning in respect of two self contained office buildings of 25,000 sq ft each to be constructed on a riverside site in London Road.

Coke Gearing led the negotiations with prominent local Law Firm Stanley Tee LLP who have agreed to take a pre let of 25,000 sq ft in building one, building two is now available to let.
